Entry Requirements for Passport to Prestige
- The promotion begins on August 23, 2026, and ends on October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
- The promotion is open to eligible new and existing NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Cardholders whose cards are issued by National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.
- Eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Cards include:
- NCB Mastercard Standard
- NCB Mastercard Platinum Travel
- NCB Mastercard Black
- Each qualifying personal or household purchase of J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, made using an eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Card during the promotion period will automatically count as one (1) entry.
- Cardholders will earn two (2) entries when they make a qualifying online or overseas purchase of J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, using an eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Card during the promotion period.
- New Cardholders will qualify by:
- Activating a new eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Card; and
- Spending J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, within fifteen (15) days of account opening during the promotion period.
- New Cardholders who activate a new eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Card and spend J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, within fifteen (15) days of account opening during the promotion period will receive two (2) entries.
- Cardholders who make a qualifying NCB FlexiPay purchase of J$50,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, during the promotion period will receive two (2) entries into the promotion, subject to the applicable NCB FlexiPay terms and conditions.
- Only personal or household purchases made by the Cardholder are eligible. Government and business transactions are excluded.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

General Rules
- The promotion is open only to eligible holders of NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Cards issued by National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.
- Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older and residents of Jamaica.
- Employees of NCB Financial Group Limited and Mastercard International, as well as former employees who separated within the last year, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. For the purposes of this promotion, immediate family members include a participant's mother, father, siblings, spouse and children.
- All NCB accounts must be in good standing throughout the promotion period and at the time prizes are awarded.
- For prizes denominated in United States Dollars, the exchange rate of JMD $158.00 to USD $1.00 shall apply at the time of the applicable draw.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- NCB reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
- Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with acceptance of prizes.
- NCB reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion with the prior approval of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, if necessary.
- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices, likenesses and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Grand Prize Travel Conditions
- The Grand Prize winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation necessary to undertake the trip, including but not limited to passports, visas, permits and any other entry requirements applicable to transit or travel to Barcelona, Spain.
- NCB will not be responsible for any costs, delays or inability to travel resulting from failure to obtain the required travel documentation.
- The Grand Prize does not include gratuities, incidental hotel charges or any expenses not expressly stated as forming part of the prize.
- The Grand Prize winner must confirm their preferred travel dates within two (2) months of being notified of winning the prize.
- Travel must be completed within eight (8) months from the date of notification.
- Failure to confirm travel arrangements within the required timeframe, obtain the necessary travel documentation, or satisfy the prize requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case the prize may be awarded to the next eligible reserve winner.
Method of Winner Selection
Grand Prize
All qualifying transactions will be electronically compiled using NCB's internal systems.
Each qualifying transaction of J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, will represent one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw.
Each qualifying online or overseas purchase of J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, will represent two (2) entries into the Grand Prize draw.
New Cardholders who activate a new eligible NCB Mastercard Consumer Credit Card and spend J$25,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, within fifteen (15) days of account opening during the promotion period will receive two (2) entries into the Grand Prize draw.
Each qualifying NCB FlexiPay purchase of J$50,000 or more, inclusive of GCT, during the promotion period will represent two (2) entries into the Grand Prize draw, subject to the applicable NCB FlexiPay terms and conditions.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Ten (10) reserve winners will also be randomly selected and contacted in the order drawn should the selected winner be deemed ineligible, unable to accept the prize, or fail to satisfy the prize requirements.
Weekly Prizes
Six (6) weekly random draws will be conducted from all eligible entries received during each applicable weekly promotional period.
Six (6) reserve winners will also be randomly selected and contacted in the order drawn should the selected winner be deemed ineligible, unable to accept the prize, or fail to satisfy the prize requirements.
Once selected, a weekly winner will not be eligible to win another weekly prize but will remain eligible for the Grand Prize.
The draws will be conducted on the dates referenced above at the NCB Atrium, 32 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10, at 4:00 p.m.
Method of Notification
- Potential winners, including weekly prize and Grand Prize winners, will be contacted within five (5) business days following the applicable draw date.
- Winners will be contacted by telephone. If NCB is unable to contact a selected winner after three (3) attempts within one (1) day, the next eligible participant will be selected.
- Upon successful contact, winners will receive an official confirmation email from NCB.
- Winners will be instructed to claim their prizes at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, 32 Trafalgar Road, Kingston, or at a location specified by National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.
- Winners must present one (1) valid government issued photo identification in the form of:
- Passport
- Driver's Licence, or
- Voter's Identification Card
- Media coverage, including photographs and video recordings, may be captured during the prize presentation.
- If a winner is unable to collect a prize personally, an authorised representative may do so upon presentation of:
- A notarised copy of the winner's valid Passport, Driver's Licence or Voter's Identification Card;
- Valid government issued photo identification of the representative in the form of a Passport, Driver's Licence or Voter's Identification Card; and
- A signed authorisation letter from the winner.
